How you are charged
You are not. The customer pays the deposit online and that deposit is our commission in full — you never write us a cheque, and we never hold money that belongs to you.
For shops & artists
You choose your rate. It decides where you appear.
Listing is free. You pick a commission between 10% and 30%, in steps of five, and that choice is the only thing that changes your placement in search results. A higher rate ranks above a lower one on the same search. You can move it up or down whenever you like.

What you collect
The balance, in person, on the day, by whatever means you already take. On a $600 piece at 20%, the customer pays $120 online and hands you $480 at the shop.

10% — standard placement
The floor. Nobody pays less, and you appear in every relevant search, below shops paying more.

15% — raised placement
You appear above standard shops on the same searches.

20% — priority placement
You appear above standard and raised shops.

25% — high placement
Only top-rate shops appear above you.

30% — top placement
You appear first, ahead of everyone else in your styles and area.

Changing it
Any time, up or down, from your workspace. It never affects a quote a customer has already accepted — that rate is fixed onto the booking the moment they accept.
