For shops & artists

Setting up, and answering your first enquiry.

A profile takes about twenty minutes. What makes it earn anything is the portfolio and how fast you reply.

01

Build the profile

Your shop name, where you are, and how to reach you. Add photos of the studio — people want to see the room they will be sitting in for four hours.

02

Add your artists

Each artist gets their name, the styles they work in, their rate band and years of experience, a portrait, and samples of their work. Portfolios are what customers choose on.

03

Give artists their own login

Optional, and per artist. Invite one and they answer their own enquiries and send their own quotes. Leave it and everything comes to you. You keep access to every conversation either way.

04

Answer quickly

This is the whole job. An enquiry that sits for three days is a customer who booked somewhere else. You are emailed the moment one arrives.

05

Quoting

Send a price for the finished piece. Your workspace shows what the customer pays, what comes off as commission, and what you collect at the shop — before you send it.

06

Verification

One government ID, to prove the shop is real. Nothing else is required to list.
